I wanted to let all of you know that Ying Tang and Jamie Galbraith have made an incredible gesture! They have decided to match any donation, dollar for dollar, up to $1000 until April 14th. Founded in 1990 by violinist Robert Rudié, Salon Concerts Inc. is dedicated to the performance of chamber music in the intimate settings for which it was written. It is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and serves the Central Texas area. Salon Concerts inaugurated its own series of in-home concerts in fall 1990 and in early 1991 launched CHAMPS (Chamber Music in Public Schools). Salon Concerts became a Texas nonprofit corporation in 1994 and received 501(c)3 charitable status in 1996.
